Sunflower Surprise!
This is what happens when your children randomly place sunflower seeds in your garden! For the longest time, I couldn't figure out what was growing until the buds started to come out. The taller flower stands at over 9 feet high! Next year I think we'll plant them on purpose. What a fun surprise! I love them!!!

I love it! There is an empty field right next to us. With all the rain a lot of weeds started growing and then all of the sudden one day my little Brilynn came in and said, "Mom you have to come see this." So I went outside and what do you know right in the middle of all those weeds were 3 HUGE beautiful sunflowers. Not as tall as yours they were probably about 4 feet tall. I hated looking at those ugly weeds but I was a little sad when they came and cut them down and took down those 3 pretty sunflowers. I think we'll have to plant some sunflowers next year too! Thanks for sharing. Those are very pretty!
