Our trees are finally big enough grow fruit! This is a big deal for us(It doesn't take much to excite the Coates family). Our family has followed the market here in Arizona. Here is the pattern...we buy a house, Warren plants fruit trees, we move to a bigger house before the trees are big enough to bare fruit. Poor Warren. Congratulations baby! We have finally lived in a house long enough for our fruit to grow. Warren's lemon, grapefruit, orange, and pomegranite trees are growing strong this year!
I have such fond memories of playing underneath the enormous grapefruit tree behind grandpa and gramma's green house. If you are a sibling or cousin you know what I am talking about. I even remember the smell of that tree. Good times!

I am so jealous you have fruit. Our trees are maybe 2-3' high and have many more years before producing. I am so excited I figured out how to write on your blog.
