Camping Out
If there is something that Warren is NOT, it's boring. This was one of the things that originally impressed me so much about him. He is always up for a party, friends, or going somewhere new. Last night when the boys asked if they could camp in the backyard I said, "no" and Warren said, "yes". Guess who won?? I wasn't for it because we had already had such a full week and plans for Memorial Day. However, as usual, I am glad that they did it. The three big boys and Warren watched "Madigascar II" and slept in the tent. Preston woke up this morning and said with a smile, "That was the most fun night ever!" Those boys are lucky to have such a fun and involved daddy, I tell you what! It always blows me away that kids have just as much fun doing free things as really expensive things. I don't think Preston had this much fun since we went to Disneyland last December.

That looks a little like what we did this weekend. Did you make them dig a hole to go #2 in?? :) That was Sally's highlight!

I probably would have said no too. LOL! It is so much work (not like I'd do any of it though ; ) ) and it just seems to hot to camp. Good thing the kids have good dads to keep us party pooper moms in check : ).
What a fun dad!! My kids are dying to go camping...what a great idea! Great memories for your boys!
My kids beg all of the time to do this....they are some of the funnest nights.
