Ben's Tying the Knot...FINALLY!!!

I am pleased to announce that my cute, younger brother, Ben, was engaged on Thanksgiving day to Sara! We are so excited. I knew I was going to like this girl when she walked in to our Woolf Thanksgiving party (of 80), without Ben, and said, "Hi, i'm Sara!" None of us had even met her yet.

Sara is from Dallas, Texas, where they will live. She is described as energetic, intense, and fun. She'll fit right in! They will be married here on New Year's Eve. Congratulations Ben and Sara. It was worth the wait Ben!

In the Woolf (my mom's side) family, the men get to have a "Tool Shower" when they get engaged. This is where we shower them with tools, tool boxes, shovels, brooms, etc. It is all very masculine. The gifts are wrapped in paper bags, duct tape, sandpaper, and anything else manly.

Ben's tool shower was held at my aunt Jo Marie's house. It was a good time! I have included a picture of her tree because I don't know if i've ever seen a more beautiful tree in someone's home. It is stunning!

That is just awesome! I am very happy for Ben and Sara and your family.

I also love the idea of a "Tool Shower". I think I'm going to adopt the idea into the Ellsworth Family.

Also that tree is absolutely gorgeous! I agree I don't think I've ever seen a more gorgeous tree!

Love Ya,
JoLynn
