Turkey Trot

Several months ago I made a goal to run a half-marathon by the end of the year. Because of some health problems and a busy life, it didn't happen. Fortunately, my good friend, Mariann, called last night and talked me into running the Mesa Turkey Trot 10K this morning. I didn't come in first, but I didn't come in last. I was somewhere in the middle. I was also proud of myself for running the entire way. I didn't make that half-marathon, but this was good enough for me! Thank you Warren for sacrificing your Turkey Bowl so that I could do this race. Now, off to eat back all of the calories I ran off!
