3rd Grade Snow Day

Every year the 3rd grade has tons of snow shipped in for a fun snow day! The kids have to work hard to earn the opportunty to go. Preston had a blast this year!
Alex and Preston are such good buddies. They play like two puppies...always wrestling!

Gingerbread Houses

Cody's class decorated gingerbread houses this week. They had so much fun! These kiddos work so hard in school these days. I am glad that they still get to do fun things like this every once in a while!

Game Night 2011

We have a fun tradition each Christmas time. We have had a game night with several of the same families for the last several years. I think we counted well over 20 kids running around. We spend the night playing games and eating yummy snacks. It was a huge success!

Here are the kids playing the Kinnect. So fun!

Snow

Many people don't believe me that there are buckets of snow very close to where we live. After The Polar Express, we went to play in the snow up in Flagstaff, A.Z. This is less than 200 miles from our house. The weekend after this, it snowed 20 more inches. The kids loved it for about an hour. Then, it was time to go home to 60 degree whether. I was definetely not made for cold weather, but the kids had a blast!

The Polar Express 2011

We had to go to The Polar Express this year because of Dane's obsession. I love this picture!Eating with friends at Chilles in Flagstaff. The boys on the train. He is in SERIOUS Heaven!I love this picture because you can see the wonder on Cody's face. P.s. The REAL Santa Claus is at The Polar Express!

Christmas Craft 2011

Each year I try to add something nice to the house for Christmas. This year this is my addition. Thank you Pinterest for the idea! I repainted this candle holder, that I already had, and added some bling!

Decorating the tree. Heaven!

SanTan Hike

On Black Friday this year, we did no shopping. It was wonderful! Instead of braving the crowds, we went to the SanTans and hiked with Grandpa Wilson and Blake. The weather was absolutely gorgeous...low 70's. This is why we live in AZ!!We met so many nice people up there. Saw a few that we knew too.

Turkey Bowl 2011

This year Warren and the boys played in the 7th annual Power Ranch 2nd Ward Turkey Bowl. It's always fun to watch. No broken bones this year!:0)

Mother's Day 2011

I am blessed! Although Warren never disappoints in the gift giving area, most of the time my favorites are the homemade ones. I scored this year, don't you think??

Mother's Day 2011

Mother's Day 2011 was a hit! Warren and the boys spoiled me. Even though Warren took me out and bought me something expensive, it's always the homemade gifts that I love the best. Each of them was so excited to give me what they had made!
