Fourth and Final
Weighing in at 22 pounds, our yummy baby Dane is ready to take off. It occured to me this weekend that I needed to catch some more of his funny habits on camera before he grows out of them. The funniest of which is hanging out with his little finger in his ear.
Baby Dane is a lazy baby. He doesn't want to hold his bottle on his own, and gets angry if we try and make him. The habit of putting little things in his mouth that many babies have is not one of Dane's. He is a toucher not a taster. Food is not a priority for our last. He would much rather be cuddled up with mom or dad with a nice big "frosty ba" (that's what we call bottles at our house). He says "ma ma", "da da", "ba ba", and "Let's eat out tonight" (just kidding). What a love this kid is.
My usual view of Dane. He is fast! I have to run sometimes to catch him crawling away. I love to see that little bum swishing away.
The activity of choice lately, pulling up and scooting on things. Dane can pull up to a full stand on his own in the middle of a room. He will then just stand there for a while. It is hilarious because he is still so little. Just after I took these pictures Dane took his first 2 steps. He then took 5 more!
I've never had a baby this young pose for camera pictures. He knows when we are taking pictures and always comes over and smiles like this.
By the way, do you ever wish that you could just wear a onesie all day long and call it good? Seriously!

Yes I wish I could wear a onsie all day long and have my chubba bubba legs look as cute as his little legs look!!! Seriously, he is a little doll! If he were my baby I'd have a hard time doing anything but giving him kisses all day long. What a little sweetie. I love babies. I love how sweet they are. I love the way they cuddle and smell. Why I even think it's kind of cute when they have little temper tantrums because their mad and frustrated. Babies are the best. Enjoy every minute of him!

oh he is so cute!!
What a fun commentary of the life of a 10-month-old. I've virtually forgotten that stage. Yes, I wish I could wear a onesie and call it good!
Dane is awesome, I look forward to many years of him playing with Barrett. He is hilarious and one of my favorite babies, besides my own. To bad it was the last one. Hahaha. Just kidding.
Cute pics! We need to get together. If you get this we are going to the summer movies this morning call me. Can you believe my 8mo old Carli weighs 20 lbs also.
I'm all for the onsie thing except when you have fat rolls as an adult it's not so cute. He really is so cute! I wish I could meet all of your kids! You should all come out for Hobblecreek! How's your training going?
