I just watched this. Although I can't relate to his experience through 911, I was so impressed with his story about how he changed. Isn't it awesome that we can all change? I am reminded that I am constantly changing, trying to be better, and so are those around me. I am reminded to have patience with others as well as myself. I also love how this man expresses that at the most scary moment in his life, it was his family that all of the sudden became more important than anything. If you haven't watched it yet, you must.
