I'm Officially Done

O.K., i'm officially done with school this year. The last time I felt this burned out was during my senior year at BYU. My finals were taken, my grades were posted, but I still had to attend two brutal weeks of "Shakespearian Sonnets 420" to pass the class and graduate. I'm done with spelling tests, A.R., homework, projects, lunch boxes, driving, schedules, etc. Don't get me wrong! I love school, I love our school, and I love Mrs. Cruz and Mrs. Garcia so much. Also, I know that I will be equally excited for school to begin again in the fall. But for now, it just seems like overkill, don't you think?

I'm ready for late nights, sleeping in, swim team, crafts, kids cooking days, reading, movie days, summer sports camps, watermellon, lazy days, vacation, seeing my kids more, salads, and Sonic runs. Only one more week, I can't wait!

I hear you, Sister! I still have 3 weeks to wait for school to let out here in N.C., but I'm looking forward to my month with all my boys together! Swimming, Sonic runs, & games; here we come!

I agree with all except the "crafts" part... my kids will just come to your house and Amy's to get that fill! :)

I loved how you summed up all of the wonderful things of summer. It should be a really good time! I can actually say that I am excited for summer.....my youngest is almost four and vacations sound do-able! I need to remember Sonic runs, that sounds like fun!
